This rich and creamy fig smoothies is a great way to start your day, particularly if you need something quick and easy. This smoothie not only tastes delicious but will also assist balancing energy levels as it is full of both complex carbohydrates and good quality healthy fats.

Figs are also known as the fruits of the Gods and are full of fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, all of which are going to help support our overall health and wellbeing.

 4 Figs (fresh)
 2 Frozen Bananas (sliced)
 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
 3 tbsp Oats
 3 tbsp Almonds
 ¼ cup Natural Greek Yogurt
 1 ½ cups Water
 2 tbsp Honey
 1 cup Ice

Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender.

Process on high for 1 minute or until smooth

Add more liquid if necessary to adjust thinness and blend again.

Divide between two tall glasses and serve immediately.
