These donuts are made with eggs, coconut flour, vanilla extract and almond extract and then dipped in cream cheese frosting and drizzled with chocolate drizzle
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease donut pans with cooking oil, set aside.
To make the donuts; mix the coconut flour, baking soda, salt and 1/2 cup of erythritol in a mixing bowl and stir in eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, and butter.
Fill prepared donut pan circles about 2/3 of the full way with donut batter.
Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Meanwhile, in a shallow bowl combine all the ingredients of frosting and stir well.
Remove donuts from oven and let them cool.
To make the chocolate drizzle; mix together all the ingredients of chocolate drizzle in a small bowl until well combined.
Dip cooled donuts into the frosting and place on a parchment-lined sheet to chill.
Drizzle donuts with chocolate drizzle and serve.
