These keto pancakes are made with almond and coconut flour, cinnamon, eggs, heavy whipping cream, and butter. You can prepare them within 15 minutes to start an energetic day.

Yields4 Servings

 1 cup Almond flour
 ½ cup Coconut flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
 2 tbsp Low-calorie natural sweetener
 6 Eggs, room temperature
 1 tsp Vanilla extract
 ¼ cup Heavy whipping cream
 2 tbsp Melted butter

Combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sweetener in a mixing bowl and mix well.

Slowly whisk eggs, vanilla extract, heavy cream, and melted butter in flour mixture until batter is just blended.

Lightly grease a griddle with butter and heat over medium heat.

Drop pancake batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until bubble forms and edges are dry.

Flip and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more or until browned on the other side.

Repeat the procedure with the remaining batter and enjoy!
