Using a large mixing bowl, add in the oil, salt, and pepper to taste then mix properly to combine. Add the salmon into the bowl then mix to coat. Cover the bowl and let the salmon marinate for about thirty minutes in the refrigerator.
Next, preheat a grill to medium-high, grease the grates with oil then add the salmon. Grill the salmon for about two minutes, flip over and grill for an additional two minutes until it flakes with a fork, set aside on a clean plate.
Using another mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients for the salsa then toss to combine. Serve the salsa with the salmon and enjoy.
